It's been fun learning to use it on my own. I have to take time to do the Blackberry 101 thing this weekend so I can know what to do with all the bells and whistles on it. I wonder if I can have it make my tea?*grin*Of course I'll be incredibly grateful to have this contact with the outside world as I am surviving the Lord of The Rings marathon which we will attend on Saturday. It's something like 13 frickin hours of movies, people! I've turned down this invitation each year with the line "I'm a geek but I'm not that big of a geek". Hmmm I guess the worm has turned;-) So anyway --when you see me updating Facebook or possibly on Twitter (do I dare?) please be gentle.

I hosted a Lord of The Rings marathon at my place 2 years ago. It was fun! We did pot luck and had snacks and meals in between the movies! You'll live!!! LOL
and ehm... how is Brad doing on getting the hang of HIS Crackberry... I heard rumors that he already put it in front of his car and drove over it multiple times... heh...

I've got a crackberry Pearl, and hubby has a crackberry Curve; I think we're both getting the Storm in April. Yahoo! Can't wait!!! Between my crackberry and my iPod touch I'm in geek heaven...
Trav: I have a level 37 Blood Elf Rogue in WoW and a Crackberry and have now started a food blog so I have my geek street cred but not LOTR--I haven't even read the books.
Songbird: you will LOVE the Storm! I am now tasked with getting the Touch up to speed. I have to upload some music to my iTunes so I'll have something to play on it.

I would love to come and meet you all!! If I did it would be the first time! After nearly six years of on line journaling!! Anyway, I may be living in Memphis and not Jeffersonville in June, but I think it would be a blast. I don't know a soul, but that never kept me from any thing before.
