It's A ConFab, Baby

Hey y'all

Saturday June 13, 2009 is the date.

Location is Bliss Manor in beautiful Lexington Kentucky.

Brad does the funny about it here *grin*

Think of it as a big ole barbecue/slumber party/omg-did-you-see-that? fest.

Folks can come in on Friday--we are planning on that. And you won't need a cab if you fly. We'll come get you. Everyone is welcome to stay at the house---there will be some sleeping bags and floors--and possibly a lap or two --- involved ;-)---but for those who choose to get rooms we'll get you details on the closest accommodations.

We'll have more explicit details as we get closer. Please email either or both of us if you are coming as we might miss it in the comments.

The main thing is this--- it is all about being relaxed and having fun with people who make a connection with you everyday.

Smooches and stay tuned for more gropes babies!

so this jamboree and hootananny is open to everyone?

I suspect you will keep updating the date. Way cool.

Very cool - I'll have to weigh my distaste of Kentucky against my desire to hang out with you guys!

Okay, I got my post up. It's been so long since I scheduled a post I guess I forgot how to do it.

I don't know if I can make it. I'm getting my circumcision reversed on the 12th. I don't know if I'll be healed by then. Cheers TB!!

Laci: YAY! Scandalous Bitches in da house! Oh look I've gone all 'street' *giggling*

Sage: We have two main parameters re the party: 1) We have to 'know' you if you stay overnight and 2) You must be over 21. Drive North!

Adam: LOL Have you ever been to Kentucky? This would be a nice way to de-flower you*grin*

Brad: I think you were just too giddy with anticipation!

Matty: Oh come on---I'm certain that won't even need stitches. Grab Schmoop and drive South!

Dana: I'm counting on meeting your lovely self so start planning now.

Could you just come to Atlanta instead? I escaped Kentucky when I was ten (except for a short relapse at 16) and I don't want to get sucked back in.

My in-laws are from Russellville.

Grant: Sneak back in sugar--we won't tell.

Adam: I'm so sorry. Where in the hell is Russellville?? Lexington is lovely and quite civilized--and the Hilton Suites are only a couple of minutes from the house and are adjacent to one of the cooler independent bookstores you'll ever see.

Finn: Oooo will you star in an 'episode' with me? *giggling*

Bond: You do sugar--unless you all are getting married that weekend;-)

Shelli: It won't be complete without you there.

Becky: Hell yesssss. I think quarterly visits with you would be an awesome thing!

I'm already bummed that I can't make TequilaCon. Hopefully I won't be in summer school at the moment when this happens.

But I won't know for a few more months about that.

It'd be really fun to see you again though!

OK, sent you and e-mail and commented on Brad's blog...

I have a sleeping bag! I'm there! Reserve me a spot on the floor with one or both puggies!

Can't wait!

I'm thinking of attending. Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you.

Before I come, please let the police know that a Jew will be crossing the border into Kentucky. Is Ernie still the Governor? I can call him.

Also, can we meet couples who are brother and sister and their kids? I want to post about inbreeding.

I'm allergic to horses. Can you assure me that none of your blogging friends are of the horse persuasion?

I hope I'm not being difficult.

good grief a lot of your friends are sure giving you hell about living in Kentucky! It must be pretty dang ass backwards. LOL But it can't be no where near as bad as West Virginia!

I think I may have Katie partially convinced to go. It may take some more work, but we shall see. Of course, it will be a long weekend in which we spend some time with my aunt and uncle in Louisville. That did help with leveraging this whole thing. So please make sure to get me all the detailed details. I'll need to let my uncle know as he'll have to request time off work and needs to know enough in advance.
