I have some new Christmas Crazy this year. I've been decorating in a pretty traditional manner for quite a while now, as you can see.
But we've added some 'freak flags' to the decor...........
This is 'The Master' dressed up in his holiday best. He is lit up at night and I'll get a pic and post that.

we used to put a stuffed halloween dummy on the front porch... if he stayed up too long? i'd slap a santa hat on him...

The Master makes me think it would be okay to throw a santa hat on the pumpkin that is still on our porch.
Your front door looks so idyllic and it doesn't suitably warn folks of what's inside.
